How do I start working with you?

It’s simple! Order up to 6 free samples using the wholesale page. Fill in your details and a dedicated account manager will get in touch within 72 hours. Once we get to know you and your business needs, we can determine the best delivery date for the samples to be received. We will follow up from receipt of the samples. You are always welcome to visit our bakery or request an in person meeting. We are here to assist in every way we can.
Are your bakery items suitable for special dietary needs (e.g., vegan, gluten-free)?+-
Absolutely! We specialise in vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and sugar-free options to meet a wide range of dietary preferences.
When will my sample delivery arrive?+-
Once a sample request order has been received on our end, one of our dedicated account managers will be in touch within 72 hours. During this call we hope we can get to know you and your business as well as what would be the most convenient date for the samples delivery.
Do you deliver products frozen or ready-to-eat?

We can do both! Whether you need frozen goods to bake on-site or fresh products ready to serve, we’ve got you covered. Our clients love that we can deliver freshly baked items overnight, so they’re ready for your customers by morning, hassle-free.
Do you offer customisation for wholesale orders & which products can be included in the samples?+-
Yes, we do. We can create bespoke items tailored to your needs. Just keep in mind that you’ll have to commit to a minimum order for a year, or you can choose to pay a development fee instead. We offer samples only on our core menu, not the online exclusive like tarts, bespoke cakes or wedding cakes.
What are the payment terms?+-
For new customers, we ask for payment upfront for the first 3 months. After that, payments are made weekly via card, and we don’t accept bank transfers or cash. Payments are taken every Friday for orders placed during the previous week.
Will I be charged for samples?+-
No you wont, all samples will be free! But we will pass on to you, the delivery charge which is £9.95.
Can I receive samples before placing my first order?+-
Of course! You can request up to 6 samples using our wholesale page.
What is your delivery zone?+-
We deliver across London, within the M25. If you're located outside our delivery zone and still need deliveries, please don’t hesitate to reach out – we may be able to help!
What is the lead time for wholesale orders?

We deliver 7 days a week

Our cut-off times for orders are:

  • Monday 10:00 to 13:00 for Tuesday delivery
  • Tuesday 10:00 to 13:00 for Wednesday delivery
  • Wednesday 10:00 to 13:00 for Thursday delivery
  • Thursday 110:00 to 13:00 for Friday delivery
  • Friday 10:00 to 13:00 for Saturday delivery
  • Saturday 10:00 to 13:00 for Sunday delivery
  • Sunday 10:00 to 13:00 for Monday delivery
What’s your minimum order quantity?+-
This is £35 for everyday freshly baked orders and £70 for frozen goods.
How do you handle returns or refunds for wholesale orders?+-
Should you have any doubts on a product that you have just defrosted or baked please inform us immediately, stating what the problem is and showing us the batch number. We will kindly request you to leave aside the bag or box, keeping it as per the suggested requirements (fridge or freezer) for the driver to collect on the next order. We will investigate further and inform you of the outcome. Should a credit note be due, this will be issued and applied on your next order.
