How many cupcakes are in a box, and can I customise flavours?
Our standard box holds 24 cupcakes. If you would like a specific flavour that is not listed or our website or want to apply a corporate logo on top, please send us an email and we will get back to you if this is something we can do.
How should I store and serve the cupcakes?
Store in a cool, dry place (not fridge unless very warm), consume within 48–72 hours for best freshness. If you like, bring to room temperature 20 minutes before serving so the buttercream sings.
Can I order gluten-free or vegan cupcakes?
Yes! We have dedicated vegan and gluten-free ranges. They’re clearly labelled on the site – but our kitchen uses shared equipment so please review allergen information and reach out if you have further concerns.
Can you add a message or decorations for a birthday / event?
Definitely. You can add a message on a chocolate plaque if this is a cake, choose a card or even select a “message topper” option, for a small extra cost. If you’d like special decorations (eg themed sprinkles or colours), email us before you place your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What’s your policy if I don’t like the flavour?
Our aim is delight. But flavour is a personal matter and we cannot offer a refund if you do not like what we do. If unsure why don’t you get a small order across or visit one of our retail locations to taste our range?
