Q: How are your delivery costs calculated?
A: Our Healthy Lifestyle Bakery, deliver our freshly baked and cooked goods anywhere across the UK at £2 per mile. Our starting point is SE8 3FB. For our preserves and chocolates we ship any order at £5.00. No minimum order is applied.
Q: When should we place our orders if I want it delivered?
A: All of our food is prepared fresh and can be dispatched within 48 hours. Bigger orders such as corporate events and caterings will need a weeks’ notice. However, most daily orders are available on the day for collection from the bakery, Greenwich market or via Deliveroo and Uber Eats.
Q: What if I have food allergies?
A: Each dish lists specific dietary requirements, alternatively get in touch with us and a member of our team will be able to assist you.
Q: What is your sugar substitute?
A: We only use high quality stevia, which is appropriate for diabetics, athletes & kids.
Q: I visited your bakery and there is a lot more on the menu?

Q: Do you do corporate events?
A: Yes we do and we offer menus for all dietary requirements.
Q: Can I book in advance to come to your bakery?
A: Yes you can, give us a call and a space will be reserved for a £10 deposit, which will be redeemable from your final bill.
Q: Which nutrients you do not handle?
A: We do not handle peanuts and palm oil for health and environmental reasons.
Q: Can I still order something with one of the above ingredients as an exception?
A: Unfortunately not, we do not like to dilute our values.
Q: I often order online and get my food packed. Can I recycle the packaging?
A: All our packaging is up-cycled, recyclable and biodegradable. This is our contribution to a cleaner environment.
Q: I do not like waste. Can I bring my own coffee mug in for a refill?
A: Bring your cups in: In Arapina we support zero waste movements. This is why the cost of a paper cup per drink (10p) will be deducted from your final bill.
Q: What do you do with the remaining food at the end of the day?
A: We always strive for total freshness of our products. Should we have extra stock, this is being passed on charities for further feeding the humanity. We cannot feed the entire world, but we certainly make a positive contribution to it!

Greenwich Market: Saturday, Sunday & Friday Bank holidays: 10:00-17:30
