I love Gregg’s as much as the next person but this is definitely worth the splurge once in a while to taste what a sausage roll is truly meant to taste like. The pistachio scroll was also delicious, the pastry itself was a little bit dry but I went close to closing so it had been out for a while, the cream inside was fantastic. Wish I lived close by so I could try more things 😭

Fairly priced, I had the pistachio croll at the bakery, which was gorgeous and flaky but didn't taste like pistachio because it seemed to be just for the appearance, but the pastry skills were really good. I bought extra pastries to take away and taste more. I had been wanting to make the trip for a long time, and it was an enjoyable experience. I would definitely enjoy trying some of their dishes as well.

Read more it a mission to find the best vegan sausage roll so Arapina was at the top of our list to try - it’s a primarily vegan cafe (also includes several vegetarian options) and also includes lots of other dietary options like gluten free, sugar free, and nut free! It’s off the beaten path in a quiet residential part of Greenwich. Great atmosphere in the cafe, there’s WiFi and nice tables to work at if you wanted to bring a computer or book!We vegan options we tried were the vegan sausage roll (of course) as well as the pasty and then the mushroom / leek filled croissant! Some of the most incredible vegan pastries I’ve had, hands down!The woman who served us, Kim, was so very sweet! Excellent customer service

And the capri smoothie. Bought some extra pastries to take away - Anastasia was lovely and very helpful in advising us on how to best keep the pastries overnight and to reheat them! We couldn't wait for tomorrow for the pastries though, so we ate them this evening! We've been wanting to go for a long time, and it didn't disappoint. Will definitely return!

I stopped in for their famous vegan pistachio croll - and the counter was sold out for the day BUT the amazing woman behind the counter said they made fresh ones for tomorrow & went back & got one for me! So kind!! It was crisp on the outside - doughy warm inside with pistachio filling - so YUMMY! Also got a bag of their homemade vegan shortbread cookies with jam - which was JUST as delicious!
