What time will my morning pastries arrive and are they still good tomorrow?

Our morning pastry dispatch is timed so your delivery lands early in the day – often in the morning, so you can enjoy fresh from the oven. Though best consumed on the day, many will still be excellent the next morning if stored in a cool, sealed box. Please note that our deliveries may extend to 15:00.

Do you guarantee fresh-oven texture on arrival?

We aim for you to taste just-baked goodness. We bake late the night before, pack carefully, and dispatch promptly. Because UK couriers may introduce variables, we recommend reheating lightly (3–4 mins @160 °C) if you notice any drop in crispness on arrival.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time (e.g., for breakfast meeting)?

We work with trusted couriers but cannot always guarantee specific time slots for standard delivery. If you need an exact time (eg for an event), please contact us ahead of ordering and we’ll see what premium options we can offer.

Are the morning pastries vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free friendly?

We are dedicated in producing the best vegan morning pastries but have other vegetarians and gluten free bakes too! Each product page states dietary suitability – please review carefully before ordering if you have dietary restrictions.

What happens if my pastries arrive late?

We’re sorry if that happens. Our deliveries extend to 15:00 although we try our best to deliver  them in the early morning hours. If you receive them later than 15:00 please email us within 24 hours with your order number. We’ll work with you to offer a replacement, refund or credit – whichever you prefer. Our promise is you should wake up to joy, not disappointment.
