When will my croissants arrive, and how fresh will they be?

We bake our croissants in our London kitchen, so you should receive them at their peak. Orders placed before 12 pm are dispatched the following day. Although our delivery schedule is 7:00 – 15:00 most deliveries reach our customers in the morning

How should I store and re-heat my croissants to keep that flaky texture?

For best results, keep them in an air tight container and consume within 24 hours. If you’d like to refresh them, pop them in a pre-heated oven at 160 °C for 3 – 4 minutes (no microwave please – it flattens the layers).

Do you offer vegan or gluten-free croissants?

We are currently only offering vegan croissants, but looking into further development. Each product’s credentials are clearly marked on our website. However, all our pastries are made in a kitchen handling certain allergens, so we recommend having a look on the product page and contacting us if you have further concerns.

Can I order a mixed box of croissants (plain, chocolate, almond) for an event?

Absolutely! Browse our range online, fill your basket with whatever mixture you fancy, croissants can be bought individually or some ranges in boxes, all available to order directly through our website.

What if my croissants arrive damaged or not as expected?

We’re sorry if that happens! Just send us a photo and description within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll gladly offer a replacement, credit or refund – whichever you’d prefer. We aim for every bake to be perfect.
