OAT milk (water, gluten-free OATS(13%), sunflower oil, sea salt, gellan gum), Distilled malt vinegar (BARLEY), Rapeseed oil, Self-raising flour (fortified WHEAT flour (flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), raising agents: calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate), Baking powder (raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), carrier (WHEAT flour)), Bicarbonate of soda, Salt, Caster sugar, Coffee extract (coffee extract concentrate, caramel, water), WALNUT Vegan Fat Blend (Vegetable Oils: Palm, Rapeseed, Water, Salt, Emulsifier: Diacetyl Tartaric Acid Esters of Mono and Diglycerides, Flavouring, Colours: Annatto Bixin, Curcumin), Icing sugar, Coffee beans.

Our cakes are baked fresh so a little attention goes a long way in keeping every slice as delicious as the first.

Short Shelf Life (Up to 3 Days): Some of our cakes are best enjoyed within 3 days of purchase, as they are made with the finest fresh ingredients. If you’re not indulging straight away, pop your cake in the fridge to keep it cool and at its best. When you’re ready to treat yourself, take it out and allow it to gently return to room temperature before serving, you’ll be rewarded with every beautiful flavour and texture exactly as intended.

Frozen: Your cake can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months. When you’re ready to celebrate, simply transfer it to the fridge and allow it to thaw gently overnight.

Defrosted / Refrigerated: Once defrosted, your cake will keep beautifully in the fridge for up to 3 days. Store in an airtight container.

Before Serving: Remove your cake from the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature for 1–2 hours before slicing. This lets the sponge soften and the flavours fully bloom, trust us, it’s worth the wait!

Ambient Temperature: If you plan to enjoy your cake on the day, it can be kept at room temperature for up to 1 day. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Delivery Info

We deliver seven days a week, Monday to Sunday. You can easily select your preferred delivery date during checkout. To ensure your order arrives at its peak freshness, we prioritise morning deliveries and between 7 AM and 3 PM. While we are unable to guarantee a specific time slot, we aim to deliver your order as early as possible. Delivered to all postcodes within M25. Alternatively, you are welcome to collect your order for free from our Greenwich bakery, based at SE8 3FB.
