Rest assured, all of our artisan baked goods are homemade in our state-of-the-art bakery, in Greenwich, South East London. We don’t believe in ready-made or ‘out of the packet’ produce! We’re passionate about ingredients too. All of our recipes only use natural ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible, using the latest food innovations. We do this to make sure we don’t just get the flavour right, but the texture too. A lot of love is packed into every bite of our cookies and biscuits!

You can still call Arapina your favourite local bakery, even if you’re not local. That’s because we deliver our fresh produce nationwide. All our treats are baked and served fresh out of the oven, but if you’re not nearby, put an order in and we’ll deliver it to wherever you are. Our team is always busy in the kitchen whipping up vegan icing, flaky gluten-free pastry, and adding the finishing touches to a bespoke 50th birthday cake – so get your order in quick!

Are your cookies and biscuits suitable for gifting and can they be mailed?

Yes – our cookies come in sturdy boxes designed for postage, making them ideal for sending as gifts. We only deliver within London’s M25 area, but you can always send them on elsewhere to people further afield, at your own risk.

How long will they stay fresh and how should I store them?

Our cookies are best consumed within 3 – 5 days of delivery. Keep them in an airtight container once opened. For longer life, you can freeze them for up to a month.

Do you have vegan/gluten-free cookie options?

Indeed we do. Browse our “Vegan Treats” and “Gluten-Free Treats” categories for cookies made for those preferences. We label each product clearly for your convenience.

Can I bulk-order cookies for corporate gifts or events?

Certainly. We can accommodate bigger volumes – just email us well ahead of time for volume pricing, custom flavour blends or branded packaging. We’ll work out a lead time with you and confirm everything in writing.

What if some biscuits arrive broken or crushed?

We take care to pack everything securely but if your box arrives damaged or several pieces break in transit, send us a photo and order number. We’ll be happy to issue a partial replacement or credit for the affected items.
