Focus on your goals each day. Write them down and be clear about them. Use positive inner-dialogue and be kind to yourself.

Take five minutes of your day to focus on breathing. The following activities may help you: meditation, yoga, Qi Gong or Tai Chi.
Hydration
Stay hydrated by drinking 2 litres of good quality water every day.
Nutrition
Eat whatever you feel suits your body & try to keep a food diary!
Movement
Choose exercise you enjoy, get outside as much as possible and focus on being active & happy.
Sleep
Create a routine that allows an uninterrupted sleep at night. You may find helpful using black-out curtains in a well-ventilated room.
