Q: When should we place our order if I want it delivered?

A: We require 3 days notice for online orders or you can get goods instantly delivered to you via Deliveroo or Slerp. Should you still want to order via the website but need something urgently, do not hesitate to call any of our bakeries and a member of our team may still be able to help you!

 

Q: Can I pick up from any of your retail locations?

A: Yes you can! Simply choose collection and the venue you would like to collect your order from and we will dispatch it there. Do not forget to check the opening times of the chosen venue. 

 

Q: What if I have food allergies?

A: Not to worry! Please refer to each products as they all state their allergen(s).

 

Q: What is your sugar substitute?

A: We only use high quality stevia, xylitol or maltitol which is appropriate for diabetics, athletes &
kids.

 

Q: Do you do wedding cakes?

A: Yes our wedding cakes are legendary and we specialise in vegan, vegetarian and gluten free cakes.

Q: Do you do corporate events?

A: We are world famous for our banquets, corporate and wedding caterings we do, always with a focus to dietary requirements. Send us an email at [email protected] with the title “we care for our guests”, to find out how we can best help you on the day.

 

Q: Can I order wholesale from you?

A: Yes, we currently supplying 300 shops in the UK and we specialise in frozen vegan, gluten free and sugar free deliveries. Depending on the products ordered you may need an oven and a freezer your end, for a more affordable and better managed stock rotation. Have a look on our wholesale (“Wholesale” should be an internal link that directs you to our wholesale page) page or get in touch with us by sending an email at [email protected] with the title “we go natural” and one of our account managers will get back to you.

 

Q: Can I book in advance to come to your bakery?

A: Yes you can, give us a call and we ‘ll keep a table for you, deposit free! The table will be released 15’
into a no-show period.

 

Q: Which nutrients you do not handle?

A: We are proud to be a peanut and soya free production kitchen and we don’t know many others that are!

 

Q: Can I still order something with one of the above ingredients as an exception?

A: Unfortunately not, we do not like to dilute our values.

 

Q: I often order online and get my food packed. Can I recycle the packaging?

A: All our packaging is up-cycled, recyclable and biodegradable. This is our contribution to a cleaner
environment and part of our environmental and social responsibility.

 

Q: I do not like waste. Can I bring my own coffee mug in for a refill?

A: Absolutely and 20p will be deducted from your bill! Let’s all help towards cleaner living spaces!

 

Q: What do you do with the remaining food at the end of the day?

A: We always strive for total freshness of our products. Should we have extra stock, then this is being

Q: Can I get a refund or postpone my delivery?

A: Refunds or delivery date change can only take place within 24hours of the customer placing an order and this has to be communicated in writing via an email on our [email protected] email address. Thank you for your understanding!
