A traditional baked 3 tier filo pastry pie filled with Mediterranean vegetables & our secret tomato sauce in-between the meticulous layers! It’s free from eggs & dairy! Thick slices of aubergine and courgettes beautifully seasoned & spiced, topped with mixed sesame seeds. One big tray bake would serve 15 people but can be sliced to your liking and served as a snack or an appetiser!
