Red velvet cake was first introduced during the Victorian era hens the lavish colour & decoration. Our modern raw version of the Victorian classic has the same features but is free from refined sugar, dairy, gluten & wheat! Base is made out of crushed almonds, cashews, coconut & coconut oil – it’s very moist & crunchy at the same time. A layer of velvety, vanilla cheesecake topped with a delicious layer of bright red raspberry cream. Decorated with fresh & freeze-dried raspberries & crushed nuts. Beautiful cake for an anniversary or a glamorous event!
